RATES:

We understand pricing is a major decision on deciding which CrossFit gym to join. However, we believe your decision should be based more on the facility, the training staff and the gym’s community.

Many people shop by calling ahead, or emailing local CrossFit gyms about their prices and never really give them a chance.  Stop in,  check out Dragonfire, meet our trainers and members and experience the services our facility has to offer.

Gym Safety Rules and Etiquette:

-Wods start on the 20 so please be on time to warm up properly and get a lift in if you want.

-No children in the gym or on equipment at any time due to safety hazards and the high intensity nature of CrossFit.

-With an approval from Michele, children 10 and up may sit in breakroom or front office with an activity (book or computer) while parent is working out if they do not enter gym floor and can be respectful to all gym members.

-Please clean up your equipment and sweaty mess (yes that happens in CrossFit a lot!) before you leave gym.

-Play it smart, be safe, and listen to your body when doing workouts- we like it when you come back and love having injury free athletes!
