Outlaw partner WOD and Happy Valentines day!

Had to put this picture up of EJ Can’t wait for her birthday WOD! Happy Birthday “Little dancing bear” from CFDF! (and yes, I know it was yesterday)

Lifting program

Skill:
10 minutes on kipping HSPU (Got some good stuff at the Outlaw camp and thought we would share)

Outlaw partner WOD

Partner up with the one you love or someone that can stand you for three rounds.

3 rounds

40 HSPU
(while one works the other holds 135/105 barbell OH)
30 burpees over your partner (two reps then switch)
100 meter barbell carry or partner carry
