Amrap 21…..yep I said 21 – hey that extra minute may make a difference

5 wallballs (20,14)

5  KB (2,1.5)

5 burpees on to your plate, hand release at bottom (like Bend games for those who went)

plate carry to end of parking lot and back (35,25)
