5 KB (2,1.5)
5 burpees on to your plate, hand release at bottom (like Bend games for those who went)
plate carry to end of parking lot and back (35,25)

Did a great wod at Valhalla gym in seaside. Thx to Ira owner of the box for letting me workout. I will have to post the wod when I get back.
