DU’s and Oly lift tips.

Let’s talk burpees. Last week there was talk last week about a burpee challenge. Not just a 30 day burpee challenge, but with a Dragonfire twist! Along with the regular burpee challenge you will have 30 days to submit a burpee video. You will be judge on how Crazy and funny you make the video. How fitting. There will be a $5.00 buy in and the winners will be voted by members of box. So let your creative juices flow.

The standards are:
The video Must be PG13
You can submit more than one video
No animals will be harmed in making the video
Keep the video less than 1 minute long

We would like some input on the new gym. What you like, don’t like, and equipment you would like to see at the gym. Post to comment.
