Rest day
Monday, January 9th, 2012THINGS TO DO AND BRING:
Rest up and eat clean. Don’t do anything too drastict with your diet. Make sure you bring snacks and water to refuel and hydrate through out the competition. Bring your own jump rope, lifting shoes, wraps, and your “A” game. Remember act like an athlete! Hahaha quote from RD. LOVE IT HAD TO USE IT. We will try and bring chalk for you guys.
Team meeting on Thursday to go over all this stuff, plus talk about travel time, food, lodging, and any other last minute stuff. Can’t wait for the after party!
