Going to HEL at 2pm to do wod with Hel games crew. I will be here at house with JB at 9:30 am if anyone cannot make that time and wants to do an early wod.
I have signed us up for next weekends challenge at CrossFit Fort Vancouver. We are suppose to be there at 9am and Wod starts at 10am. Bring cash with you, it is 20 per person and the money is being donated directly to local charity. Teams are as follows:

What a great week! So here is a recap…..everyone ran a 5k and decided it was not as bad as they thought it would be. Val made it through 50 wipers on the “300″ wod when she thought she could do no more after the 1st 10! Alanna and Hung got some big pr’s on clean and jerk day. Ryan smoked the “O” course and stairs we did on Satuday. QB did 2 days of double wods and pr’d on lifts.
